It is the intelligent flesh, the spirited flesh that can capture our own wholeness and integrity." Deepak Chopra, in Ageless Body, Timeless Mind says, “Intelligence is present everywhere in our bodies…our inner intelligence is far superior to any we can try to substitute from the outside.” Honoring the living process of our bodies takes us on an inner journey. We are invited into the present moment where our bodies live. It is here that we have the opportunity to change our past and create our future. Soma Wisdom is not a method but an approach, which views the body as infinitely intelligent, and honors embodied experience as a vehicle for transformation. Each body has a unique story to tell. If we give ourselves the time to slow down, turn inward and listen to our body's messages, we can tap into a body intelligence otherwise unattainable.
