    Gentle Yoga CD – 78 minutes

    This original class taught by C. Anya Hricko is a gentle immersion into yoga suitable for
    beginners or more experienced practitioners who want a relaxing gentle class.

    Precise instructions guide you to come into the present moment, tune into your body wisdom
    and increase your awareness as you explore gentle yoga postures.

    Positive Health CD – 28 minutes

    Do you know what you are thinking? Research shows that we think the same thoughts day in
    and day out. Our inner dialogue can have profound affects on our health and well-being.
    Where we put our attention causes the brain to fire in a way that creates patterns based on
    what we think about most. It is the same way that we learn to ride a bike or get better at a
    task. Our brains learn through experience and repeating the same experience over time
    creates a kind of road map for the brain to travel. This is a good thing when we are creating
    the maps we want to guide our lives. However, the same process can make us feel stuck and
    unable to travel different roads.  So our minds and thoughts go to the familiar ways of thinking
    and well defined pathways.

    The good news is that we can change our thoughts and subsequent beliefs by inviting new ways
    of thinking and perception. Over time these new thoughts begin to take root and create new
    pathways supporting the changes we want to make.

    This CD uses powerful affirmative messages over background of gentle relaxing music
    designed to invite new ways of thinking about your state of well-being. Just playing it and
    letting it wash over you can begin to change the way you perceive yourself and your relation to
    the world.

    During the first half of the CD Anya’s voice speaks to you in a gentle affirming way delivering
    positive messages that are specially designed to relax you, calm your nervous system and
    awaken your inner healer.

    The second half of the CD progresses to “I” statements to more directly embody the same
    affirmative messages from the first person and encourage you to deepen your own personal
    conviction, intention and more powerfully influence your thinking patterns.

    Instructions for use:

    It is best to set aside a time to listen to this CD where you clearly set an intention for your
    well-being and allow the words to shift your “felt” body sense.

    It is also ideal to listen with headphones but not necessary as there are no subliminal
    messages.

    It is not recommended to listen while driving as the meditative quality of the CD can induce a
    deep state of relaxation.

    There is really nothing else you need to do while listening. Just enjoy and let the words soothe,
    relax and open you to new ways of thinking and being in your body.

    You may listen as often as you like but it is recommended to listen at least once a day for the
    best affect. Some like to listen first thing in the morning and some right before bed. Many find
    these supportive words helpful at times of anxiety or when one is feeling out of sorts.

    Over time most notice an organic shift in their thinking patterns and beliefs. This may be
    subtle at first, so it is good to track your self and notice any changes. Bringing these changes
    into conscious awareness will help the body and mind to ground your new way of being.
